Submit your claim by January 20th, 2020 to be considered in this settlement against United Industries for their Spectracide products. You may file a claim with or without proof of purchase.
Without proof of purchase you could get $6.25 from the Settlement Fund for each valid Claim submitted by a household, with a limit of four (4) claims per household.
